Eggplant Little Fingers

Eggplant on my mind...
22-38” plants with big yields of slender Asian-style purple fruits. Quick-cooking, with tender skins and slices uniform in size.

I'm in. Ordered seeds for this yesterday, from Bountiful Gardens.

I love roasted eggplant and have been trying to grow in here in South Central Alaska... It does well in containers inside my greenhouse, but I am also trying to grow id under hoop tunnels in my raised beds. I have had good luck with Millionaire that looks very much like your Little Fingers variety. I also like Fairy Tale Hybrid and this year I am trying Orlando Hybrid that is supposed to be very early listed as 50 days that is important for our short growing season.

Jim you are a trouper! Well done with the eggplant growing so far north and thanks for the recommendations.

I wondered: couldn't one pick young eggplant of any variety early and get the same result as these seeds promise? We certainly have done it here at harvest time.

Good growing to you...
