He's a mix, of what is the question. When I picked him up at Anti-Cruelty, they said he was lab/rottweiler; I'm leaning more toward a mix of terrier/ridgeback/lab.
Thanks Bruce! My girlfriend dismissed Ridgeback because the ridge on ours isn't that defined (just slightly there). After a quick google, I found out that's a trait which is not always present in the breed. Ours certainly has some terrior in him since his size is small to medium. Thanks again, so nice to have a better idea of what type he is (was a rescue dog and the humane society had no idea what he was).
We're growing organic heirloom vegetables on our Chicago rooftops and in our yards using homemade sub-irrigated planters (SIPs) and commercially available Earthboxes.
We also keep bees on our roofs, hens under the deck, and fermenting vegetables in our kitchens. We're glad you stopped by.

Hi Christian,
He's a mix, of what is the question. When I picked him up at Anti-Cruelty, they said he was lab/rottweiler; I'm leaning more toward a mix of terrier/ridgeback/lab.
He's got a nice disposition too.
